Montgomery County MUD No. 94 will soon begin sanitary sewer cleaning and televising throughout the community as part of ongoing sanitary sewer system improvements. The contractor, Pro Pipe, LLC, is expected to begin work October 22, 2026. Work throughout the neighborhood is expected to take approximately 75 days, with crews typically working on any individual street for no more than one day.
Residents will receive a door hanger approximately 1 week before work near their property, followed by another notification 2–3 days beforehand. Residents do not need to be home at the time of the service. Access to your property may be necessary if a sewer manhole or similar structure is located within an easement on or adjacent to your property.
Residents receiving a notice are asked to follow the instructions on the door hanger during the scheduled work period, including minimizing water use, closing toilet lids, covering drains, removing the sanitary sewer clean-out cap, and making sure crews have clear access to any sanitary sewer manholes on the property. Residents do not need to turn off their water.
